READY TO CHANGE YOUR NARRATIVE
If you are facing something and feel stuck, or unable to process - you aren’t alone, there is a way to take back the pen of the story of your life, and there are a host of tools and resources to help you walk through the messy middle of seeking the wholeness and healing you deserve. Let's get started.
THIS IS THE TOOL YOU NEED
Change Your Narrative exists to shift incomplete stories towards truth. Whether that story is yours or someone you care for – we welcome you to process with us and begin a journey towards wholeness. I believe you deserve it and am rooting for you to find it.
INSPIRE. EDUCATE. CONNECT.
Change Your Narrative seeks to inspire individuals or those they care for to know they aren’t alone, their story is worth acknowledging, and we validate the struggle. Change Your Narrative also exists for the purpose of Education: We believe learning offers a bridge to courage – and courage is the bridge towards healthy action steps which creates wholeness. Lastly, the goal of change your narrative is to offer Connection: We invite you to our table. We recognize the fact that the most important conversations of healing, wholeness, and direction begin inside of close relationships.
INSPIRATION + EDUCATION LEADS TO CONNECTION
When someone is faced with difficult circumstances, feels stuck in their story, or are asking “What do I do?” due to trauma, pain or crisis – this is no light thing. Many of us will face such moments – and in that season, inspiration is crucial.
Why? Because it is the first step.
When we are inspired, it gives us a moment to breathe and simply BE what we are. It also gives us the ability to take courage and prepare to take action.
While I believe in the power of inspiration as the place to start, I never want to leave someone I care for in the step of inspiration only. Instead, I want someone to take a deep breath of inspiration and move into the next part, which is harder - processing out their story. How does that happen? Through education.

CHANGE YOUR NARRATIVE - 8 CORE TOPICS
SOMEONE I KNOW IS STRUGGLING
Watching someone you care for struggle with issues such as abuse, addiction, anxiety, bullying, depression, eating disorders and image matters, self-harm, and suicidal ideation can be incredibly painful. You want to be there for them and you want them to find ways to work through the messy middle of their story. You can see hope for them, even if they struggle to know what that looks like, yet guiding them towards it can feel elusive. We want to help.
If you are looking to learn more about the struggle the individual you care for is facing, we invite you to check out our “what do I do” booklet series. Each booklet answers one question about one issue – and guides you, as someone who cares for someone who struggles, through specific topics.
Our team is rooting for you and hopes to support you as you offer the care and guidance to those who need it. We know your influence can mean all the difference in the world.
FREE RESOURCES AND TOOLS
In addition to our flagship books, change your narrative and I’m changing it, which helps individuals to process the stages of wholeness, we have also created a number of free tools and resources, including:
First steps cards
“How to” coaching pages
One page worksheets
And Resource guides for each of our primary issues.
Each of these are available for download at our website change your narrative.org and we hope they support you or someone you care for as you continue to shift the story.
