WHAT IS SUICIDAL IDEATION?

Suicidal ideation means an individual wants to take their own life and/or thinks about suicide. Why would someone believe it is an answer? 

 

Because they believe it answers the question, “How do I make this pain end?” 

 

Most often, a person does not want life to end—they simply want pain to end. There are reasons behind that desire which matter, which is why suicide matters. We want to come alongside you to validate the fact that your life matters—and why.

"i'm changing it" is a processing tool to help you learn how to write a new story through 20 actionable steps. Through interactive video-led discussions, exercises, and processing questions, we want to parter with you so you can say, "i'm changing it." and know what the journey looks like.
