The goal of Change Your Narrative is if you are facing something and feel stuck, or unable to process, you would know first that you aren’t alone, second that there is a way to take back the pen of the story of your life, and third, there are a host of tools and resources to help you walk through the messy middle of and find the healing you seek.
HOW IT WORKS
Change Your Narrative and I'm Changing It are a part of a two step process. They exist to shift incomplete stories towards truth. Whether that story is yours or someone you care for – we welcome you to process with us and begin a journey towards wholeness. I believe you deserve it and am rooting for you to find it.

There is a way. And we want to walk alongside of them to help them to find it. We provide hope through acknowledgment, validation, and directional guidance towards actionable steps they can take to find the freedom they deserve.

Now that we have identified the path to wholeness with change your narrative - the book - let's learn how to process your story. No matter the topic you seek to shift, "i'm changing it" is our universal processing tool to help you learn how to write a new story through 20 actionable steps. Through interactive video-led discussions, exercises, and processing questions, we want to parter with you so you can say, "i'm changing it." and know what the journey looks like.
